Projects Permanent installation
Euronews Bulgaria · TV studio
On air since 2022. The screen is the set behind the presenter.
P4 · calibrated to the director’s console · on air since 2022
An LED set for the Euronews Bulgaria news studio in Sofia, for the channel’s launch in Bulgaria. A screen filmed by a camera a few metres away, every day. The broadcaster wanted two things an ordinary screen does not give: a refresh rate at which the camera sees no banding, and colours that look the same on air as in the studio.
Ours was the permanent installation - delivery, installation, and set-up with the director’s console and the camera operators. P4, tuned for camera: the refresh rate and the colours were calibrated to the studio’s console with the camera operators, not on our laptop.
Switch on Euronews Bulgaria - the set has been behind the presenter every evening since 2022.
