A typical indoor conference or stage screen lands at €100-150/m²/day. The €40 floor is for the coarsest pitch, with a €3 000 minimum order. We show both so the quote does not surprise you.

If the nearest person is six metres away, a finer pitch buys nothing - you pay for pixels the eye cannot resolve.
Why P1.866 is €200
It is the only panel with GOB protection - diodes under a protective layer. Fine pitches are rarely rented because they come back with dead pixels: bare diodes that break on impact, collect dust and hate moisture. Spilled drinks, expo dust or audience touch leave no mark. It is also the only pitch that curves.
How it is calculated

The factor is not simply “× days” - day two is 1.4; a week is 3.4; two weeks are 5.5. The longer the run, the cheaper the day.

- Content operator - a separate line in the quote. The operator is chosen according to the programme and the complexity of the event; we agree the need at the preliminary meetings and site visits and show the price as a separate line. The technician keeps the screen running; the operator plays the content to the script.

Not only flat walls
Anyone can build a flat wall. Form is harder.
Right angle with no seam - indoor P2.976 and P3.906
Usually a dark strip shows in the corner because two panels never meet flush. Here they do. A cube reads as a solid glowing body, not four screens in a box. Enables cubes, hanging boxes, square-section columns, corner walls.

How much does LED screen rental cost?
From €40/m²/day indoor and from €70/m²/day outdoor, excluding VAT. A typical conference or stage screen is €100-150/m²/day. Price is square metres × daily rate × day-count factor. Minimum order value is €400; for P16 - €3 000.
What is included in the price?
Equipment, controllers, cables, install and strike, on-site technician for the full period, and spare modules, processor and power. Flying and rigging are included. Install the day before is not charged.
What is not included?
Content operator (a separate line in the quote, depending on the programme), transport outside Sofia for orders under €3 000, and VAT.
Do I pay for install days?
No. Only the days the screen is running are charged.
Is it cheaper for more days?
Yes. Day two uses factor 1.4, seven days - 3.4, fourteen days - 5.5. The daily rate falls with duration.
Which pixel pitch do I need?
Use the nearest viewer: distance in metres roughly matches pitch in millimetres. Viewer at 4 m - P3.906. Viewer at 2.6 m - P2.604. Prices for indoor and outdoor are in the two tables above.
Can you build a curved or volumetric screen?
Yes. P1.866 bends up to 45° per cabinet, enabling a cylinder from 1.27 m diameter - columns, curved walls, round elements. Indoor P2.976 and P3.906 make a right angle with no visible seam - cubes, hanging boxes and corner walls.
What if someone spills something on the screen?
P1.866 has GOB coating - diodes under a layer that handles liquid, dust and touch. Other pitches are standard stage gear.
Does someone from your team stay on site?
Yes. A technician stays for the full event period.
What if a module fails during the event?
Spares for modules, processor and power are on site. Swap is part of the technician’s job, not a separate service.
What if the screen stops during the event?
If it stops because of our equipment or our crew for more than 15 minutes in total during the agreed programme, the entire LED package for the event is on us. You do not owe the second payment; we refund the deposit received in full within 5 working days after the event. The same applies if, through our fault, we fail to show a pre-agreed key video element, even if the interruption is shorter. We agree the key video elements before the event in the technical sheet or the script.
The technician stays on site and keeps working to restore the picture. The install, transport, technician and strike included in the LED package remain on us.
A technician on site swapping a single module is included and is not, in itself, a screen stop. This does not cancel the separate promise about a pre-agreed key video element.
The condition covers our equipment and our crew. It does not cover the venue’s power supply or generator; third-party signal, mixing desk and cameras; the hall lighting; lost profits and damages under the client’s contracts with third parties. We agree power, signal and access in advance in the technical sheet - so there is nothing to argue about after the event.
If the content is played by another team, our responsibility is to display the signal fed into our processor. If a KVANT operator has also been booked, we are also responsible for their work to the agreed script. The key video element promise does not add a free operator service.
Do you take urgent requests?
Yes, without a premium, if the screen and crew are free.
How fast do you answer an enquiry?
Within 24 hours.
Is the confirmation of a free date a booking?
No. The date is held with a 50% advance payment; the confirmation only says that the screen and the crew are free.
Can I cancel after booking?
Yes. If you cancel - even the day before the event - the deposit is refunded in full. Just know that we have already turned someone else down for that date: things happen, we are only human.
Do you work outside Sofia?
All of Bulgaria - with our own truck and our own crew. In Sofia transport is included. Outside Sofia it is included for orders from €3 000; under that it is €0.40/km per van, from Sofia and back - a separate line in the calculator that you see before you decide.
How many square metres have you delivered?
Over 44 000 m².
