The stand and the screen - one team, whatever the venue
We design the stand, build it, ship it, install it - and stay with it. The LED screen is part of the structure, not something that arrives separately in the hope that it fits. Our team includes our own riggers. You don’t hire work-at-height crews from the venue.
When an exhibition goes wrong, it is rarely a technical failure
Eight in the evening, the night before opening. The niche in the stand is two centimetres smaller than the screen.
The stand builder says they built to the drawing. The AV supplier says the screen is to spec. Both are right. And the marketing manager stands between them with no one to call, because nobody made a mistake - there was simply a gap between the two companies.
With us, there is no gap.

| Who does it | With us |
|---|---|
| Stand design | we do |
| Building the structure and panels | we do |
| Dealing with the venue management | we do |
| Power supply | we do |
| Rigging and work at height | we do - our own riggers |
| LED screen, processor, content | we do |
| Installation, standby, dismantling | we do |
Zero gaps means zero places to shift the blame.
One more thing - not a discount, just arithmetic. Modular frames are used again and again. One stand with new graphics goes to three exhibitions a year - you pay for the structure once, not every time.
What you are comparing when you compare the price
Without us, you would pay three times.
A local company for the screen. A stand builder for the structure. And your own time to connect the two - plus the evening when the niche doesn’t fit and nobody made a mistake.
With us, you pay once. Here is what is included, besides the screen:
- the trip there and back, with the truck and the spares in it
- the crew’s days on site: installation, the show, dismantling
- travel tickets and accommodation for the crew
- the technician who stays on the stand instead of dropping by in the morning
- replacing a module if needed - that is their job, not a second invoice
- dealing with the venue: power, rigging plan, certificates
Compare the total price: stand, LED, transport and crew. The floor space and the venue’s fees stay outside any quote.
With a quote for the screen alone, everything else on that list is still unpaid.
And the reverse, honestly: if all you need is one standard screen on a floor stand - no structure, no special shape, no rigging - a local company on site may come out cheaper. Tell us the size and the date, and we’ll tell you which of the two is right for you.
Three types of stand - and when each one makes sense
Modular (Aluvision and Octanorm). Aluminium frames and assembled panels. Quick to build, easy to transport and reusable - the same stand goes to three exhibitions a year with nothing but new graphics.
We work mainly with Aluvision - the newer system, where the profiles are hidden, the graphics are frameless and the LED panels fit into the same grid as the walls. So there is no niche the screen might not fit: the screen is part of the wall.
Octanorm is the name everyone knows, and we build it too. The two systems don’t mix - their frames are not compatible. If you already have an Octanorm stand, we stay with it.
Custom-designed, built to an individual project. Designed from scratch around an architectural idea - non-standard shapes, built-in LED walls, special materials. This is the stand people photograph. It costs more and is built once, but at a big show the difference between “they walked past us” and “they stopped” is right here.
Portable and kit stands. Roll-up banners, fabric walls, promo counters, lightweight structures. For small events, presentations and internal forums.
What we own
Aluvision and Octanorm frames · Eurotruss structures · chains and hoists · flooring · lighting · textile and fabric solutions · LED panels from P1.866 to P10 · processors, spare modules and power supplies
We don’t hire in from outside and we don’t wait on someone else’s schedule. That is why we can say “yes” to a short deadline.
How a project runs
- Design - 3D visualisation based on the floor space, the venue’s regulations and the budget. You see the stand before it exists.
- Production - structure, branded elements, furniture, platform, lighting.
- Venue approval - rigging plan, power order, material certificates.
- Installation - in the window the exhibition gives, not on our schedule.
- Standby - a technician on the stand for the whole show.
- Dismantling and return.

The venues we work in every year
| Exhibition venue | Shows and clients |
|---|---|
| Fira Barcelona 🇪🇸 | MWC - Huawei · Xiaomi · ICE - PatePlay · 7777 |
| ExCeL, London 🇬🇧 | ICE - 7777 · Creedroomz · Digitain |
| Messe Berlin 🇩🇪 | IFA - Shelly · InnoTrans - Ampeco |
| Messe München 🇩🇪 | Sunotec · Power2Drive - Ampeco |
| Messe Düsseldorf 🇩🇪 | boot - SiFly |
| FIL Lisbon 🇵🇹 | PatePlay · 7777 |
| Zurich 🇨🇭 | Huawei |
| ALPEXPO Grenoble 🇫🇷 | Walltopia |
| RAI Amsterdam 🇳🇱 | EAS - Walltopia |
| Bulgaria 🇧🇬 | Unison · Renault · Semid · Doors Bulgaria |
Eight countries. Nine venues. Seven Bulgarian companies.
ICE moved from London to Barcelona. We went with our clients - we follow the client, not the venue.
Not the list. The fact that they come back.
- Huawei - MWC Barcelona several years running, plus Zurich
- 7777 - Lisbon, ICE London, ICE Barcelona, years running, with several shows a year
- PatePlay - the same: several destinations in Europe every year, for years
- Shelly - IFA Berlin, several years running
- SiFly - boot Düsseldorf, several years running
- Ampeco - Power2Drive Munich and InnoTrans Berlin
- Walltopia - Grenoble and Amsterdam
An exhibition happens once a year. A marketing manager who had a dark screen in Munich doesn’t come back - they have a whole year to find someone else and every reason to do it.
They come back. That is not a testimonial, it is behaviour.

The things you are usually told “can’t be done”
Suspended LED rings and banners.
Oval and round structures above the stand that can be read from the other end of the hall. Curved LED, hung at height, seen from below.

An LED floor you walk on.
A full floor surface of LED, with the products and the people standing on it. Visitors step onto the content - nobody walks past it.

Seamless corners and wrapped volumes.
LED that wraps around a platform or a column with no visible seam. Seen from a metre away, it does not break up into panels.

Curved walls.
Up to 45° per cabinet, minimum cylinder Ø 1.27 m.

“Will they even let me in?”
Every exhibition venue is a landlord with its own rulebook - structure height, fire-resistance certificates for materials, floor load, power by advance order, rigging only after an approved rigging plan.
No two rulebooks are alike. Neither are the submission deadlines.
We know them because we are there every year. Dealing with the venue management is part of our job, not something we send you off to do.
The build-up window is the other thing. The fair gives you a fixed slot, sometimes only a few hours. A missed slot means getting in on opening day, or not at all. So we plan backwards from that hour, not forwards from our own schedule.
The clock isn’t ours
The venue’s deadlines run whether you know them or not. We count back from opening day, not forward from today.
| Before opening | What gets decided | What you lose if it has passed |
|---|---|---|
| 6-12 months | the floor space | your position in the hall - the best spots are signed first |
| 3-6 months | the concept and the stand | a custom stand no longer fits the schedule; modular is what is left |
| 2-4 months | the equipment is locked in | the choice of pitch narrows to what is still available |
| 3-8 weeks | you submit to the venue: power, rigging plan, certificates | the venue charges for late orders |
| the last few weeks | nothing new - just the build-up slot | - |
| the build-up days | - | a missed slot means getting in on opening day. Or not at all. |
If you are inside the eight weeks, that does not mean “too late”.
The venue charges for late orders, and ordering on site costs even more - if it is possible at all. We don’t: a rush order with us carries no surcharge, as long as the crew and the screen are free.
We submit the paperwork to the venue. You give us the date and the venue.
The visitor stands a metre from the screen
At a concert, the nearest viewer is ten metres away. On a stand, they are one metre away.
An exhibition is the only format where fine pitch is not a luxury but a requirement - with a coarser pitch, visitors see the pixel structure while they read what it says.
P1.866 with GOB protection is the finest screen we rent out. GOB means the diodes are covered with a layer of resin - they don’t break when touched or when moved between cities. The cabinets are flexible, up to 45° per cabinet, so the stand can have a curved or angled wall, not just a flat one.
P2.976 and P3.906 make a right angle with no seam - for columns and corner stands.
The full range of pitches and prices is on the rental page.
There is no going back to the warehouse
So the spares travel with us: spare modules, processor, power supply, cables. A technician stays on the stand for the whole show - not dropping by in the morning and leaving.
Replacing a module is part of their job, not a separate service and not a separate invoice.
Why it matters here in particular: the stand is the company’s marketing budget for the whole year, packed into four days. A dark screen is not a technical nuisance - it is absence you have paid for.
Who we work with
Bulgarian companies exhibiting in Europe. Shelly, SiFly, Sunotec, Ampeco, Walltopia, PatePlay, 7777 - seven Bulgarian brands we take to European exhibition venues. We leave Sofia with the stand and come back with it. You travel to Berlin, Munich or Barcelona only to step onto a finished stand.
International companies. Huawei, Xiaomi, Digitain, Creedroomz. We work in English, with their agencies and with the venue management.
Agencies and stand builders. When the stand is yours, we come in with the LED part and the rigging only - to a drawing agreed in advance, with our riggers and our spares on site. We work as a subcontractor: you are the one in front of your client. The gap described above is not between good work and bad work - it is between two contracts. No second contract, no gap.
What this looks like in practice: Creedroomz, two editions of ICE. The stand - by a British studio and its contractor; the LED part - ours. In Barcelona: in a 240 m² stand (20 × 12 m) we installed a suspended 8 × 1.5 m LED banner and wall screens up to 4 × 3 m - to a drawing agreed in advance, with our riggers and our technician on standby. When ICE moved from London to Barcelona, the screens moved with it.

If the decision isn’t yours alone
An exhibition budget is rarely signed off by one person. Here is what we take on, in one place - written to be forwarded, so you don’t have to retell it.
- Design and 3D visualisation, before anything is produced.
- Structure, branded elements, furniture, platform, lighting - produced by us.
- LED screen, processor, content.
- Dealing with the venue management: rulebook, power order, rigging plan, certificates. We submit the paperwork.
- Transport to the venue and back.
- Installation within the exhibition’s build-up window, standby for the whole show, dismantling.
- A technician on the stand with spare modules, processor and power supply.
- One contract, one contractor, one point of contact.
What stays outside: the floor space you rent from the fair and the fees the venue collects directly from the exhibitor.
If the people on the other side want a meeting instead of a document - call, and we’ll explain it ourselves.
If you’re on the stand and something has gone wrong
Call:
Dimitar Markov
If you’re in Barcelona or Munich with a problem that isn’t ours - call anyway. We know who to ring at these venues.
Questions about exhibitions
Do you build the stand itself, or just the screen?
Both. We design, build and install the whole stand - structure, power, rigging and LED. We can also do just the LED part if the stand is built by another contractor.
What types of stand do you build?
Modular (Aluvision and Octanorm), custom-designed to an individual project, and portable kits. The right one depends on the floor space, the budget and whether you exhibit once or every year.
Which modular system do you work with?
Mainly Aluvision - the LED panels fit into the same frame grid as the walls, so the screen is part of the structure, not something mounted on it. We also build Octanorm. The two are not compatible with each other, so if you already have a stand on one system, we stay with it.
Do you make a 3D visualisation before production?
Yes. Design starts with a visualisation based on the exhibition floor space, the venue’s regulations and the budget - you see the stand before it is produced.
Do you hire structures and equipment from outside?
No. The Eurotruss structures, hoists, flooring, lighting and LED panels are ours.
Do I need to hire work-at-height crews from the venue?
No. Part of our team are riggers. The ceiling points and motors are done by the venue at its own rates - that is a fee the venue collects directly from the exhibitor. Everything below the points - the structure, the chains, the screen - is done by our people, at no separate cost.
Who deals with the exhibition management?
We do. Rulebook, rigging plan, power order, material certificates - it is part of the job.
Which exhibition venues have you worked in?
Fira Barcelona, ExCeL London, Messe Berlin, Messe München, Messe Düsseldorf, FIL Lisbon, RAI Amsterdam, ALPEXPO Grenoble, Zurich - eight countries - and all the main ones in Bulgaria.
What pixel pitch does a stand need?
Visitors stand about a metre away - hence P1.866; P2.604 is for larger surfaces viewed from 2-3 m. With a coarser pitch the pixels show.
Can the screen be curved or angled?
Yes. P1.866 has flexible cabinets - up to 45° per cabinet, minimum cylinder Ø 1.27 m. P2.976 and P3.906 make a right angle with no seam.
Does one of your people stay on the stand?
Yes, for the whole show. Spare modules, processor and power supply travel with us.
Do you work outside Europe?
We work in Sofia, across Bulgaria and in Europe.
How far ahead of the exhibition should I contact you?
The earlier, the better - power and rigging orders to the venues have deadlines that don’t depend on us. But we have taken on short deadlines too; call and we’ll tell you honestly whether it can be done.
