Go Big With Your Show

You have an occasion. You have a budget. Has anyone told you what your audience will actually see?

KVANT takes on the concept and the technical production of your show under one contract - and you see what your audience will get before you pay. A quote with a list of equipment doesn’t answer that question. A show concept does.

We have been asking that question since 2003 - and our answers have brought Samsung back for the fourth year in a row.

Maybe last time you put it together yourself: one company for the stage, another for sound, a third for screens, a fourth for effects. And it went fine. If you work with an agency, bring them into the conversation about the concept and the technical production of the show.

But you know the cost: however good each company is on its own, the whole thing comes apart where one ends and the next begins. Three weeks of phone calls, everyone pointing at someone else - and on the day, if something slips, it slips right there - between two companies, where nobody is answerable.

KVANT is a show producer with one contract - and our own equipment at the heart of the show.

The visual core - LED screens, lasers, special effects - is our own equipment, run by our own crew. For sound and scale we work with regular partners, chosen by type of event: some for halls, others for arenas, others again for stadiums. We don’t go looking for suppliers for your project - we work with people we have been doing this with for years.

The line is simple: your organisation - guests, programme, content - stays yours. Everything that lights up, is heard or is seen goes through us. One contract for the whole show, one responsibility - ours. There is nowhere for a problem to get lost between two companies.

From the occasion to the show

  1. You tell us the occasion and the budget.

One conversation. The question of ours that does the most work: “What do you want people to be saying the next morning?”

  2. You get a concept, not a list.

What the audience sees, minute by minute - with the climax described so you can see it already, and with shots from our own real shows as a reference point.

  3. You choose the scope.

We show you the full show - then what remains on a smaller budget. You decide how far to go.

  4. We handle everything to do with the show.

Set-up, rehearsal, the live show, stage management, dismantling - and, where needed, a generator, cherry pickers and security for the equipment. Permits for the site stay with you; we tell you early which ones you need. Your team looks after the guests. You watch your own event as a guest.

  5. The next morning.

You get our footage, what the audience posted themselves overnight - and an invoice with nothing on it that we haven’t discussed with you beforehand. That is the answer to the question from step 1.

Three levels. What the audience sees at each.

Laser beams over the whole hall and an LED stage from end to end during the climax of a show

With the full climax.

A laser climax over people’s heads, an LED stage from end to end, effects synced to the second, a finale the audience films on their phones.

A short laser climax in the haze over a square at an outdoor corporate event

With a short climax.

The same stage, the same crew - the climax is shorter, the effects fewer. The audience still gets their phones out.

A stage with a large LED video wall and stage lighting, without a laser climax

The base, no climax.

Stage, screens, lighting, sound - finished flawlessly, to the same standard as our full show. The difference is not in the quality - it is in whether the evening has a climax.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because a show with laser choreography, structures and permits can’t be priced with four fields in a form - and any number here would be a lie, one way or the other. So the price comes with the concept: one number, a final scope, in black and white.

The price you approve covers everything for the show: set-up, dismantling, rehearsal, a crew on site throughout the event. If you need a generator, cherry pickers or security for the equipment, we provide them, in the same quote, from people we have worked with for years. Site permits are the organiser’s responsibility - but we tell you early exactly which ones you need and by when.

If it rains: looking after the equipment is our job - we cover it, move it, and plan for it in the concept. The terms for postponing the date are in the quote before you sign - not made up on the day. We have done it before.

If something comes up along the way - and live, something always does - we tell you before we do it, not on the invoice afterwards.

The proof

Nobody keeps clients like these with mediocre shows.

Every client below works with KVANT directly - no agency in between.

The square in front of NDK (National Palace of Culture) in Sofia, before sunset: metal structures, cables, technicians, passers-by walking around them. The same square after two days of set-up: a runway with a Cavalli show, an LED wall behind it, lighting synced to the step - and Samsung presenting its new phone to thousands of people in the open air. Our production, from the first drawing to the last shot. This is Samsung’s fourth year in a row with us.

Bulgarian Volleyball Federation - since 2015. We produce the show for Bulgarian volleyball in the arenas - Arena Armeec (today Arena 8888), Arena Burgas, Kolodrum Plovdiv, the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna - including the European Championship at Arena 8888. And through the season, for over 7 years, the on-court LED system in televised matches has been built, loaded with content and run by us.

“Thanks to KVANT Bulgaria and their dedication and professionalism, the European Championship became much more colourful and effective. Thank you.”

“…they most likely haven’t slept for more than the last 72 hours. And they stayed because of you. And in fact, this hour isn’t paid for.”

Your event happens on one evening, and there is no second take. The difference between “it was good” and “they’re still talking about it” isn’t only in the budget - it is in who turns the budget into a show.

Tell us the occasion. Tell us the budget. We bring the concept - minute by minute.

Free text. It helps us build the concept for your scale, not an imagined one.
