KVANT in Bulgaria refers to КВАНТ Дисплейс ООД, an independent Bulgarian company providing LED screen rental and sales, laser shows and event production, based in Sofia. We are a separate company from KVANTLED s.r.o. and KVANT Lasers s.r.o. (Slovakia). We work with KVANT Lasers as an authorized partner for laser equipment.
We started as Trendy Vision. We installed the first LED screen in Bulgaria, on the façade of the NDK. The screens on Orlov Most (Eagles’ Bridge) and at the Sheraton came next.
For the BG Radio Annual Music Awards, we took the screen down from the NDK façade and installed it in Hall 1 - the first rental LED screen for a concert in Bulgaria. After the event, we put it back on the façade.
That was when we saw what LED screens could do for concerts and events. We invested in more screens and started to build LED rental as a separate line of business.
We supplied the LED screens for “5 Stars” on bTV, the first televised music reality show in Bulgaria. It was also the first time LED screens were used in a Bulgarian TV music show.
From there, LED screens became a permanent part of our work on stage, on television and on concert tours.
Since 2012 we have carried the name KVANT, as the official partner of Kvant Lasers does in every country. The lasers in our shows are theirs; the people at the controls are ours.

Four examples of where the work has taken us.
Four stages in Doha, more than 50 lasers, 31 nights from sunset to sunrise. More than 100 artists over the month, among them Robbie Williams, Black Eyed Peas, J Balvin, Tiësto and Armin van Buuren. Our operators at the controls every night, the show changing with each new artist. After Qatar, the region called us back: Khobar and Manama.
The Christmas campaign, shot in an XR studio in Sofia: the LED wall is the background, and it changes in camera, not in post-production. The camera is two metres from the wall.
